There will be a LIFT Class here at the Frank Wise Building in the UW/kitchen Class room from 8:00 to 1:00 tomorrow

Looking for a group of motivating and similar individuals to strength train with?

LIFT (Lifelong Improvements through Fitness Together) is an in-person and group-based strength-training program for older, sedentary adults. Participation in LIFT may help you improve functional fitness (the ability to perform activities of daily living with ease). Participants are encouraged to work together towards a common group goal while achieving their own personal goals. This free program will be held at the Lander Senior Citizen’s Center 10:30-11:30 AM Mondays and Wednesday from Jan 8 – Feb 28. Call Laura Balis at 332-2363 or email lbalis@uwyo.edu to register.
